A new venture for us – we are featuring something other than food on our website!  However, it is very much connected with the world of the gourmet, and would make a wonderful Christmas present for anyone who loves good food and is interested in putting their own stamp on the food they eat and enjoy.

The Bradford Smoker comes in several different applications and can be used to hot or cold smoke just about anything you would wish to smoke – whether it be meat or vegetables (smoked garlic comes to mind – delicious!).  Take a look on the website – we also sell the bisquettes that make the system so successful and easy to use.  The whole thing is no larger than a small fridge and could be easily stored in a garage or outbuilding or even in your kitchen.    What a great grown-ups toy!!!!

We  have discovered our very own home-reared Wagyu Cattle grazing on the luxurious pastures of the Llyn Peninsula!  You really have to spoil yourself this Christmas and order some of this fabulous beef – its unctious, buttery, melt in the mouth flavour will stay in your memory for ever!  You will find it on our website – we have rump, sirloin, and rib-eye steaks available and also some delicious Kobe Beef Burgers for that very special supper!  You might like a quick peep at the video if you’ve never seen a Wagyu before!  (Wa means Japanese and Gyu means cow)  They are famed in Japan for the pampered lifestyle that they lead – being daily massaged and fed on beer … I can think of a few male friends who would envy them!!
